We saw Jurassic World, Terminator Genisys and Star Wars: The Force Awakens hit the big screen. Our community grew by a few thousand yet again thanks to those sci-fi films and we continue to grow as we look toward the future.
I would like to send out a personal thank you, to all of our members who take part in these forums on a daily basis. You are what keep us going and you are the reason we've come as far as we have. Here's to a busy and successful 2016!
As we press forward, new features will be coming soon to the Scified network. The big one will be user galleries and a re-launch of our popular "Forum Teams". Those of you who have been a member for over a year, will know that we've moved away from segregated forums and have moved everything under the Scified domain - allowing us to better connect our fans to more of what they enjoy. We've also launched a new template and a number of new, experimental design elements which we are still testing and perfecting. As we continue to grow, I look forward to meeting new members, gaining feedback and building Scified into everyone's favorite place to talk sci-fi movies.
I would also like to thank our forum moderating team and site staff for all of their hard work. All of our forum staff and mods volunteer their own free time to ensure Scified is running smoothly and I couldn't run this place without them. Thank you for your services!
To the rest of our members and daily readers alike, thank you for all your support. I hope Scified can remain a daily destination for you going into the new year.
