With this movie does take place PRIOR to Alien, wouldn't that leave room for some huge problems with DAVID? We all know how Ash felt about the Nostromo.......Crew Expendable. Do ya think David has the same sentiments?

David look much more "raw" than ash ... his "android" side i think is much more visible ( even if course in a romantic way , hes more childish , naive , emotional )
