MemberMothra LarvaeMar-12-2014 3:45 PMSo the Hawaii scene where it shows Godzilla swimming under warships is the big G heading for a smackdown at the Honolulu airport with one of the Mutos. This Muto is described, as me and many others have noted, as a Cloverfield monster, but crossed with a mosquito. A second Muto is in the Hawaiian jungle with a nuclear submarine (feeding on radiation as I've heard elsewhere). The clip ended with Godzilla appearing full-body roaring all pissed-off at the Muto before the scene cuts to black. This is one of the several persons at that event that have posted their reviews on-line. ALL have been blown away by what they saw. Oh, and another detail not mentioned here but in another posting, was that in this screening, one shot was of the tidal wave rushing in from the view of people in a store behind a glass wall. It showed dead bodies washing past, very grim and keeping with the dark, realistic tone on natural disasters. Be interesting to see what other viewers at that preview have to reveal. Maybe add those comments to this thread.

MemberMothra LarvaeMar-12-2014 5:45 PMWell, wouldnt all the discussions regarding artwork (scores at last count) be "reposts" as well? Nobody else is complaining. Geez Louise!

AdminGodzillaMar-12-2014 6:58 PMI agree Junkerde, at this point everyone's going to fly off the handle with new information about what happened last night. If it were up to me I'd file (or merge if that were an option) it all way in one single thread. Unfortunately I don't even know what the original thread was anymore.
But I do agree we've had enough new threads about last night, what happened at SXSW, the interveiws regarding it, the pictures during it, the reactions around it...etc...etc...
Lets refrain from making any new ones fellas.

idk what your point is about the artwork, because those do count as reposts and mods do lock multiple of those. Let's be adults here Gary

MemberMothra LarvaeMar-13-2014 2:35 PMI feel like it's just the excitement surge through the days, nobody has time to look for the official thread, it's more of a, "Oh my! This news is amazing I must post it now!"
Not a, "hmm looking through the forum list.... Gonna post what the new news is.... Hmmm pretty exciting stuff guys."
not that i am defending them, reposts clutter the forums, but it's the matter of what they had to say and their excitement to tell others
