There are strong men and weak men. The strong ones are here to keep the weak ones up when ever they fail.

MemberBaragonAug-08-2014 8:02 AMI don't think even the movie knows what audience it wants. I tries to do everything and by doing so doesn't do anything right

MemberMothra LarvaeAug-08-2014 10:33 AMI do believe GvH is suitable for kids. Little kids. Little kids who get hopped up on sugar to the point that their brains operate on higher levels of existence than their super-sensory nerves subjecting them to a fantasy world that exceeds that of an adult human being on the most powerful narcotics known to science!

AdminGodzillaAug-08-2014 10:55 AMI think Godzilla vs. Hedorah is a rare, possibly unique, entity in the series. It's like the David Lynch/Terry Gilliam movie of the Godzilla series, (for lack of far better comparison) using its visuals and characters as a paintbrush for ideas over story. It's bizzare enough to both laugh at and be unsettling.
I don't think Godzilla vs. Hedorah is without a lifeline for young audiences, but it's certainly more provoking to watch as an adult.
