Icy Kiss of Death?

     On New Year's Eve, 1961, while my dad was setting off fireworks outside, there was a movie playing (and occasionally being watched) on our TV. I remember absolutely nothing about the plot except that it involved some astronauts and a beautiful woman (presumably a space queen of some sort), and when this woman kissed one of the men, he was frozen to death.

     The movie was not "Queen of Outer Space" (starring Zsa Zsa Gabor). I found that whole movie on YouTube and fast-forwarded through it. I cannot find any trace of the movie with Google or on YouTube.

     Any ideas what it was?
