MemberPraetorianMar-13-2017 3:52 PMIt kinda matches up don't you think?Eggmorphing maybe?Could also explain 2000 mission colonists if they are indeed missing.Full credit goes the Drake and Necronom IV

MemberFacehuggerMar-13-2017 4:11 PMI feel you are correct, i have thought that for a while. Somehow part of Davids manipulations and experiments he somehow eggmorphs them all...it would be eerily dreadful , imagine you go into cryo only to never wake up only to become some ghastly egg part of some unexplainable creatures reproduction cycle....even though its only in Ridleys Directors Cut i have always felt the egg morphing concept was one of the more disturbing and frightening things ive ever seen put to film.......they could even up the macabre and have a crew member at the end get face hugged and somehow find out that it was from an egg that use to be a loved one or something....what a haunting and grotesque idea, enough to drive the character mad, because they would have just enough time before they died during chestbursting to discover the fate of their loved one and the role that played on their death...dark dark dark but it would be a great way to go if done right

MemberDeaconMar-13-2017 6:03 PMI think we are being fed a Red Herring myself still.
For this theory to work, David needs to get all those Colonists Egg Morphed or what ever and then get them all on a Engineer Ship and then back to LV-426
Then who becomes the Space Jockey?

MemberDeaconMar-14-2017 8:17 AMI think going this route is asking for trouble... unless Ridley Scott is going to Ret-con Alien by releasing a edited version with some extra and modified scenes to fit with the direction they are taking us.
Much Rather is be the Xeno came from some Parasite that the Engineers Re-engineered to make the Deacon but part of this experiment was the Xenomorph or indeed the Xenomorph was a Ancient Weapon that the LV-223 Engineer Re-engineered to get the Deacon.
The Black Goo is thus a massive jigsaw puzzle and David kind of knows how to assemble this to something similar to the Mural, but now he wishes to assemble this jigsaw to Re-create the Xenomorph
Because going the route they are now... leaves more Holes than people care to complain with Prometheus... i have a feeling this movie would be criticized more than Prometheus.
But as long as we have Xenos running around some fans will be pleased, but i am concerned the aim to Please Alien Fans in General, the Fan Boys and Prometheus Fans will instead just completely disappoint all of them
