Possible origin of the neomorphs.

Well we have had a few leaks over the last year,  first one (aside from a source i had) mentioned seeing WY Mercs shooting at the Trillobite from Prometheus...

*But for this to happen we would need maybe a similar Process to Prometheus... but this assumes a Female Egg is required... we cant rule out if this is not needed and also we cant say if it was not the Trillobite but similar.... if this rumor is true and then we can only speculate about such a creatures Origin.

Then we had the one not long ago about a Black Goo infection in the Biosphere of Paradise that lead to the plant life being infected and some to become Spores well a Organic/Plant that releases them into the Air, they get breathed in and infect the Covenant Crew and some of the infected Crew then having Organisms growing inside them that Burst out at different points of the body.

*This is interesting, i think its flawed as what would be the chances of only One Spore being inhaled... or that multiple Spores inhaled only produce One Organism from each Host.. but i covered ways to explain this.. (multiple Spores gather together and bond and then form a life form).  So i think this is a possible theory... but we cant be 100% sure.

Looking at the clues Officially which i had made this Thread for...

The movie will in some part have Eggs... not just one but a number of such things.... the question is how did these come to be and for how long had they been there... and who knows if the Eggs in the Cave are from a Flash Back Event prior to David's arrival or they are discovered by David or the Covenant Crew.

Ridley had said the Xenomorph was a Bio-Weapon, we would get clues to how it came to be and why.. and why it was a Weapon and Bio-Mechanical.... and that also the Engineers created it (or played a role that lead to the Xenomorph, or they created the Black Goo/Sacrificial Goo that lead to it).

Paradise has some evolving creature.... something has therefore happened in the past that has evolved or been evolved to what ever is discovered by David or the Covenant Crew....   I am not sure a Fungi/Plant that gives off Spores is a Creature... but then we are talking a Alien World and Life form and well we could consider the Plant off "The Little Shop of Horrors" to be some kind of Creature i guess.

Wayne Haag hinted the Xenomorph is Ancient.... and also the Engineers had stolen/found something that he seems to hint at is why they possess certain Technology... this could be anything from the Sacrificial Goo, Black Goo... some Ancient Life form, some Ancient Culture and Technology (Ships) that the Engineers reverse Engineered.

So indeed its very possible what ever New Organisms we see are descendants to the Xenomorph DNA and maybe no Predecessors.... this is a notion Alien hinted at, and what Prometheus maybe too.... but its something Lindeloffs comments conflicted with (he called the Hammerpedes Predecessors to the Xeno to a degree and the Trillobite that lead to the Deacon a Proto-Face Huger).

Alien Covenant's Plot and comments by Ridley seemed to hint we would see the Xeno and how it came to be... and this may have got people thinking we could be seeing the event of how they come to be.. indeed we saw that official released Prop of a Xeno-Hand with the Tag Line "where it all begins" not forgetting we will see every stage of the Xenomorph from Egg to Big Chap.... and that Poster is very Xeno looking....

But does this mean the Xeno is created after a event post Prometheus?

Some other comments like Concept Artist Wayne Haags and also Michael Biehn who said he was tole Alien Covenant would be set thousands of years prior to Aliens. These comments kind of maybe hint at Origins way way older.

So who knows.... maybe the Xeno could predate what we see in AC..... another thing is the Xeno could be something that does not... but we will get the reveal that it Originated from Something Else... that is very Ancient and maybe could be kept a Mystery.

The Source i had comments which was February 2015 gave some insight to the Xeno.... and basically suggesting that its Ancient but in order to get the  answers... you only need to Re-Create it... show how it can be Re-created and then you have answers without spoiling some of the Mystery and this is what the Source claims would happen.... David has the Knowledge and Tools to do this..

If say they went for.....  and this is just a complete made up theory.... so its not to say what will happen...  maybe it could.. but its just a example..

Black Goo is used in a War Thousands of years ago... it creates either Spores that can Mutate People into Eggs, or so they give birth to something that can produce Eggs.... or the result of this Ancient Black Goo Outbreak leads to some way that Eggs are left on Paradise.

David discovers these or something related and he experiments... or maybe he uses the Black Goo on something and Eggs are a result?

The Covenant crew get infected.. maybe by David experiments, maybe by Eggs or something else...

The result is maybe a few different Monsters....  ONE being related to the Xeno well looks Xeno but its not Bio-Mechanical in deed its no more Mechanical than the Deacon....

The end of the Movie Walter Sacrifices himself to save some of the Crew and he is infected with either Black Goo, or some kind of Face Huger (that does not produce Bio-Mechanical Organisms when it infects Humans).

But as this Organism infects a Synthetic Construct (Walter) who if we assume is Part Synthetic and Organic and the result is something more Bio-Mechanical than the Deacon was..

THIS WOULD....

Give clues to how the Xeno could have started... or even how it could have also in the past.... The Fans would get Answers if they are going the route... Walter Chest Buster = Proto Xeno.

We would know how the Xeno came to be.... but we would not know the starting Point where the process or Goo came from.

it would be like how Spaights draft showed Engineer Sacrifice infected a Primate with Engineer DNA that leads to Mankind.... his draft however did not Answer... how/where did the Primate come from and how/where did the Sacrificial Goo came from.... only that the combination with Engineer too lead to Mankind.

So a similar route to the Xeno would give answers... but then keep the origins that lead to it (Black Goo + Original Organism) a Mystery..

This is not to say any of the above is going to happen... its just a way to Give Alien Fans some Answers and Xenos and retail some Mystery.

Not quite... its the start of Evolution thats how it looked... and they confirmed its how they kick start life on many Worlds..

The World had Greenery and some Plant Life so that means its not the very start..... so its the Processes that the Engineer Sacrifice is what kick started the Catalyst to allow simple life (singe celled) to Evolve into Complex Life.

Dont worry its not a series of random events that lead to us like Evolution.... as Ridley confirmed the Engineers came back over and over... further Evolving us Genetically and Technologically.
