Return of the Dinosaur King; Battle of Titans Chapter 5 part 6 The Arena

The Arena

The mercenaire awoke in a cage around them groups of other people along with them are monster and dragons. Chris looked around for the dinosaurs but he could not find them chris look around at his group they all were still wearing the armageddon suits but there weapons were gone chris tried to break the bars of their cells but he could not do so. Chris sat down and looked around a this group, Morgan was laid further away from the rest of us on a bed, jack and harold were laid on top of each other in a pile. Chris then heard a noise and it got louder and louder until it was unbearable it was the sound of thousand of beings almost human but there cheers where soothing and yet evil. Something walked up to the cage and opened the door everyone woke up the creature was tall and covered in fur then they noticed the head it was that of a bull. To chris surprise he knew what this was it is a minotaur like everything in this messed up apocalypse he could not believe they existed but he knew they could die. The minotaur said in a very deep voice “Your time has come get out of the cage.” The minotaur grabbed chris and threw him into some sort of platform along with the rest of his group a few different slaves were on the platform the people were crying saying “No please don’t send us up there.” The mercenaries looked at each other and then looked up there was a bright light but it was no sun. The arena was made from the cave they were stand in a small stream ran through the center of the arena. Chris and the rest of the group heard a booming voice “Welcome all monster and daemons to the arena today we have a special event Can Humans and beast work together to stop the Dragons we'll find out tonight.” Chris looked around at the creature in the arena some of them were women but there mouths where spider like other where vampires and most of them chris did not even know how to describe them. On the other side a gate opened and the missing dinosaurs walked out The large carnivore was chained and walked out but 20 minotaur the raptor and the smilodon were taken out of the area by 5 minotaur the booming voice went off again “Monsters and daemons. These are the most feared creature on this world able to kill bahamut's. These are the dinosaur.” Everyone in the arena screamed in horror the booming voice spooked again “We are now going to unchain these beasts.” The minotaurs on que pulled the chains of the dinosaurs right away and began to run towards the exits as a few of the minotaur where kill by the dinosaurs but most of them made it out.

Aristan looked around and said “This is not good. I have never seen this before where ever we are we are in for a fight.” Donovan said “We are in an arena and we are going to fight. Whatever is holding us here is going to get more than what they bargain for.” Veloces said “ Look over on the other side the four mercenaries are over there.” Donovan and aristion looked towards where the saber tooth was looking and saw the for with a group of people who were dressed up like slaves. The booming voice then said “We have something special a rare breed of dragon almost extinct. Standing 14 stories tall weighing 200 tons wings as big as a red wood we have the TWO HEADED BAHAMUT!” Donovan's eyes turned black aristion look up and noticed but he did not fear him. The flesh of the two headed bahamut will give donovan control over the spirit form without any chance of losing control. The booming voice said “BUT. Before that we will send in some other creatures to start up the show. First fast, deadly, and nearly invisible The assassin.But to make it survivalabe to the humans we are going to give you weapons.”

Chris watched as a crate of weapons feel from the ceiling all of the weapon dropped. Within the weapon crate was chris group's weapons he quickly rushed over there and grabbed his scythe while the rest of the group grabbed theirs they turned towards the unopened gate and watched it slowly open a quick flash out of the gate and whatever the creature where they where very fast. A quick flash and where one of the slaves were standing they vanished all was left there was a corpse chris yelled to his group  “EVERYONE GET IN A CIRCLE.” The rest of the slaves and the mercenaries stood in a circle waiting for the creature to show their faces then all they saw was a flash.
