                                Afrovenator V.S Sinraptor

The smell of death pervades the area as the last ounce of life drains from the Massospondylus in the Afrovenators jaws. With its prey on the verge of death it begins disemboweling the carcass and feeds on the protein rich flesh. Unbeknownst to the feeding Afrovenator, there was another predator in the area, and it heard the struggle and smelled the many bodily excretions that signaled a fresh kill. The Afrovenator sensing another presence emits a guttural growl as warning to stay away; its growl is answered by a low bellow. And an adult Sinraptor reveals itself as it walks through the small conifer forest towards the Afrovenator and the carcass.

As the Sinraptor approaches the Afrovenator puts itself in a position between the intruder and the carcass. The Afrovenator releases a reverberating roar, and the Sinraptor challenges with its own roar. The two circle each other, sizing the other up as they growl, nip, and flash their teeth trying to intimidate the other into retreating from the carcass. As the two continue to circle the Afrovenator lunges at the Sinraptor as if triggered by some undetectable stimuli, the Sinraptor is able to pull away, but not before the Afrovenator carves out some skin and flesh from the Sinraptors bottom jaw, starting the battle in earnest.

In retaliation the Sinraptor lunges at the Afrovenator closing its jaws over the Afrovenators snout, an intense tug of war begins between the two predators as the Afrovenator tries to yank itself free of the Sinraptors jaws. After a few moments the Afrovenator is able to yank itself free and take a few steps away from the Sinraptor, the Afrovenator roars and mock-charges the Sinraptor, which lowers itself in preparation for the charge. Seeing the Sinraptor has fallen for its feint, the Afrovenator stops and whipping its body around, slams its tail into the side of the Sinraptors neck and head. While the advantage is still in its favor, the Afrovenator lunges at the Sinraptors neck, but can only manage to inflict shallow lacerations.

As the Sinraptor pulls itself away from the Afrovenator it shrieks in pain and defiance, its shriek is returned by the Afrovenator as it closes distance on the Sinraptor. The Afrovenator bites at the Sinraptor, the Sinraptor bites back catching the Afrovenators snout but only inflicting shallow gashes. The Afrovenator swipes at the Sinraptors face with its claws, cutting deep gashes on the Sinraptors face. The Sinraptor screeches in pain as it tries to back away from the Afrovenator, but the Afrovenator pursues the Sinraptor and bites down on the back of the Sinraptors neck. The Sinraptor shrieks in pain as it yanks itself out of the Afrovenators jaws, the Afrovenator roars after the Sinraptor as it runs away, the Afrovenator roars a warning as loud and intimidating as it can muster. After successfully defending its kill, the Afrovenator returns to the carcass and continues to eat until there is nothing left but scraps and bones.

                                WINNER: Afrovenator

well I have stated my belief that most fights between predators dont end in the death of either predator, just a victor for territory, food, and mateing rites.

Great fight, I haven't met you but these are really, really good! One thing I would add though is the sizes of the dinosaurs, but it's optional. Still a good fight though.

When life gives you lemons, don't make lemonade. Tell life I don't want you're damn lemons, and then squeeze them into life's eyes!
