How T.rex Weight Was Distributed

So I decided to pull information from a number of sites, books, and documentaries to try and determine how T.rex weight was distributed. Here's what I came up with...

Body/Torso-

T.rex had an immense body. The ribcage was huge and could house a lot of organs and muscle. The bones themselves were also quite heavy. Overall, the torso probably weighed a good 3-4 tons on it's own.

Head/Neck-

The head and T.rex were enormous. The skull alone weighs a good 600 pounds. Factor in the muscle that would have been there when the animal was alive, the head region would weigh well over 1,000 pounds.

Legs-

The legs of T.rex were actually the longest proportianally of all the giant theropods. The bones were huge, as were the muscles. Together, both legs weighed some 3-4 tons!

Tail-

The tail of T.rex was huge(some 15-20 ft long) and needed to counter it's huge head. With it's large bones and immense muscles, the tail alone could weigh some 1,000 to 2,000 pounds!

So, all in all, that adds up to around 7-9.5 tons of weight. That's right in line with many modern estimates on T.rex's overall weight. Just figured I'd share that with you all :)
