I am going to make three threads like this and your jobs (along with myself) are to talk about the three main ages of the dinosaurs. So for this thread we will be in the triassic, and ill start it off. Which group of dinos do you think started the dawn of the dinosaurs, the carnivores, or the herbivores.

Shortly after those, herbivorous prosauropods such as Plateosaurus engelhardti and Panphagia protos started to pop up.

I think the Triassic was dominated by Carnivores because the predators were still small enough to survive off rodents, and there were still various other non dinosaur creatures that were still around.

From there, a sub group began to take shape, diverging from the thecodonts into swift lightly built carnivores and the odd omnivore.
This is a global series, right? as in the dinosaurs that were alive at that time all over the earth?
