MemberBaragonMar-13-2014 4:10 PMgoing back and watching the trailer for the millionth time i have my own speculations and theroies on what i think will go down in this godzilla movie
1. the scene with the bones- this paticular scene could very well be the place that godzilla was at before the atomic bombs awoke him from his long slumber
2. the scene with the glowing red object- that is a missle that has a egg sack attached to it that clearly means that the mutos (hokmuto) is multiplying
3. well we all know of the winged muto but i will tell you guys this it is definitly not rodan (sorry rodan lovers) and no it is not a destroyah aggerate flying form either this is something new and original
4. the scene with the goo stuff over it- that has a huge claw mark in it you will have to pause it at the right time to see it for yourself but however that goo is something that the hokmuto is leaving behind possibly trying to spawn more eggs or something and that the crater thing is something with radiation inside it to feed its young. just my speculation on that
5. the claw that drops to the ground- this might be the airport scene in the movie where godzilla gives this muto a thrashing but does not kill it then
6. seeing how the muto feeds off of nuclear energy assuming godzilla were to blast this thing with his atomic breath that could have 2 different effects on it
1. it strengths itself with that power
2. it gets bigger
and now for my final theroy and speculation
7. the ending of the movie- godzilla stands tall but with the sacrifice of joe brody helping godzilla in a weird way to end the threat opposed by the mutos
so how about you guys? care to tell me what you think about my theories and speculations.
note: i am very sure that i am 100% wrong with everything i just mentioned but who reallys knows.

MemberMothra LarvaeMar-13-2014 4:27 PMThose things on the missile aren't eggs. Gareth said so himself, so I'm going to take his word. But otherwise, most of the therios seem legit.

MemberMothra LarvaeMar-13-2014 4:38 PM@bigbadben good theories about the movie but for the fossil scene i believe that the mutos had a cave and godzilla corpses to breed and feed their young just my specualation

MemberBaragonMar-13-2014 4:41 PMthanks there kaijudinosaurfan12345 and yeah i though about that too on what you just said but really i decided to go with what i said because how do we not know that those are the bones of something that godzilla fought, killed, and then ate it ? but seeing how most people here on this site keep saying that those were the bones of another godzilla (myself included) i really cant say.

MemberMothra LarvaeMar-13-2014 8:28 PM1. I think it's really in the cave system where the Mutos live.
2. Someone else already adressed this.
3. Definitely true.
4. Based on the description of the SXSW footage, the goo-covered object is probably part of a nuclear sub which the Hokmuto dragged onto land for some reason.
5. Probably true.
6. Since Godzilla and the Mutos are both naturally evolved creatures from a time when there was a lot of radiation on Earth, and there were presumably a lot of other radiation-eating creatures, it wouldn't make much sense for his main weapon to only make his opponents stronger. Although the atomic breath has always been said to be a beam of concentrated radiation, it's obvious that it also produces intense heat, which is what really causes damage.
7. I don't understand what you're saying here.
