It makes me wonder if there was any 'lite' goo development. THis would also mix with a host but not to the extreme of the xeno.
A goo that can take over the host's body without detroying all of it's brain power and history.
A 'lite' goo that has a tremendous survivial will but without the outer xeno appearence.
Actually a goo infected victim that functions like a human, for example, but under the skin is all xeno.
I am not talking zombie like in a non funtioning manner,,,but a new breed of 'lite'xenos that can be human on the outside but goes about it's survival business with precision, skill and determination to take comntrol of an entire planet without destroying all living occupants.
So well intregrated in the host's body that might even fool a robot.
Now that would be a xeno with all of the evelness that we have seen and conditioned to but not not cause us to run at first sight because of an alien appearence .

MemberChestbursterJan-13-2013 10:53 AMthat is an intersting idea and i can imagine something like that might have happened or will happen in paradise to our engineers. or some of them. on the other hand, if they lost control of the goo in what i would compare as a less dangerous version on lv 223, then "lite" goo seems unrealistic that they were at the stage in the creation

Of course with David's experipenting mybe he could conduct a lighter goo experiment than he used with holloway. My thinking there may be more humans in the next pix. If there was way to invade any humans and use the em as hosts. well there could be some interesting possibilities . Imagine David controlling half xeno, half human creatures in his goal of Universal domination!
In reading the last couiple of lines even I find it pretty far out in storyling thinking.

It probably doesnt pertain to the story much. Androids dont control humans in that sort of way its mainly just suggestion like what David 8 is able to do.

The first is in a pure state but later extracted and collected the DNA from the sacrifice Engineer to start the biogenesis on Earth.
In the Urns the Black Goo is ready with the Xeno DNA collected, so maybe is a tool that can be: life forms builder or bio-weapons builder, everything depends on the DNA that is deposited inside.
