MemberOvomorphAug-13-2012 6:49 AMThanks feebs and spank
@feebs - do you mean how long for the painting or the sculpting?
The initial sculpting was about 2 weeks on and off and the painting a week on and off.
@spank - I've got Firefox and keep downloading the so-called 'latest version'
but still to no avail. YT videos for instance continue to say 'an error occurred - please try again later' and has been the same for months now - I've given up and watch them on my Samsung blu-ray player which has YT and basic internet.
Thanks a lot Freeze for uploading those pics for me! How did you do that?
FREEZE!

I am no Pc expert at all, but used to have the same media problem. Check your Firefox. If you are using it update it and the extras

Yeah, the same exact prob happened to me. I couldn't see Youtube vids and sometimes no vids at all from any site.
I updated java and all those plugins that FireFox asks, and now is working great.

Very nice!

MemberOvomorphAug-15-2012 1:12 PMThanks Feebs, I love what I do and enjoy making stuff like this as I have done since childhood. But yeh, I can never get these 100%, just as close as possible
with a little bit of diabolical liberty thrown in. It seems to be a sickly white
colour with yellow-brown and light blue areas in some photos, so I've
simply emulated these colours best I can. It's also my first serious attempt
(partially) with an airbrush.
Btw, LOVE your avatar - I've got 'Splice' on blu-ray and what a fantastic,
full-on, gorgeous-looking, independently made peice of sci-fi it is, complete
with a plausible plot and theme and stellar acting.
