MemberOvomorphMay-11-2012 6:56 PMWith all the recent spoilers such as the titles in the soundtrack, and the stuff in early trailers being blurred out in recent ones, how much is Ridley Scott himself in control of what is released and when? does anyone have any info on if he's upset about what has been released in the run up to the release date? I'm looking more for hard evidence than simply opinion, but feel free to say what you think.

For me epic fail was pre-release of "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" (2009) with unfinished effects, details and parts. Did 'U mean that?

MemberOvomorphMay-12-2012 9:09 AMread the Lindelof interview (different thread and the best insight ive seen so far from anyone, including Ridley interviews)....he seems to be aware of trailers that show pretty much the whole movie and loses the whole mystery of a film before youve even seen it....but perhaps he is talking to the general public, rather than fan forums that can screen cap every split second flash and scene....still gives me some hope

IMO, he's the one holding the marketing reigns...100%.
