I have been going back & forth on a Mediaplayer with this particular scene and I'm thinking this aint right ... the object, highlighted in the image, seems wrong to be part of the debris falling from the sky ... mostly because it's going the the direction ... and pretty fast ... I need more eyes on this ... :) ...

MemberOvomorphApr-26-2012 6:07 PMI doint know about that debris but there is one interesting point ... we see janek fighting in a suit with a flamethrower ... that "fight" can be before the crash ? Or later ( Janek escape the crash along Chance ) ?
We were always so sure that only Vickers escape the ship and Ravel , Janek and Chance die in the impact ( and that is still the most probable ending for them )

It's in the shot of Shaw flying through the air, oblique shots out the rear of the hangar bay, and yet again, as a piece of fallen debris when Vickers and Shaw are running from the cartwheeling SJ ship.

I doubt it. I mean, ramming ships like that seems to be an act of desperation... indicating that some serious shit has already gone down by that point and there have possibly already been multiple deaths.

MemberOvomorphApr-27-2012 12:21 PMIn the russian trailer it does show a life support ship that obviously detaches from Prometheus. Whether that is the ship flying in the background above remains to be elucidated.

We can actually see that the Class D Escape Module (NOT the individual Escape Pod) has already crash landed BEFORE the Derelict has smashed on to the planet surface ... so I have no idea what that 'UFO' is ... ;) ...
