After a Twitter tease by Bautista earlier this week, Alcon Entertainment has just confirmed that Dave Bautista has indeed been cast in an important supporting role in the Blade Runner sequel.

Bautista joins a star-studded cast which includes Harrison Ford, Robin Wright and Ryan Gosling. Principal photography for the movie begins this July. There are no details yet on what Bautista's character will be.
