Were you worried that you wouldn't actually get to see Tom Hardy transform into Venom in the upcoming stand-alone Venom film?! Well fear no more, as Hardy himself has squashed those rumors which began to circulate recently. Taking to Instagram, Tom shared a photo of a Venom skull and cross-bones shirt, sporting an emblem with text reading "Face Eater", attached was a comment by Hardy where he calls out the rumors as asinine and addresses the lack of credibility fueling them:
Thanks to Tom Hardy, fans can rest easy knowing that Venom will be shown in all his Symbiotic glory when the Venom movie lands in theaters this October. Sony are keeping the Venom suit under wraps for the time being as they polish and perfect the film's visual effects. With another trailer expected to drop around June, we will likely get a proper sneak peek at what this Venom will look like then. Be sure to check back often for new updates!
