Actor J.K. Simmons, probably best known to modern audiences for playing J. Jonah Jameson in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy, and whom can be seen in the upcoming controversial reset movie Terminator Genisys has been reported to have landed a role in Legendarys upcoming new monster movie set to, at the very least, compliment Gareth Edwards' Godzilla franchise. As with co-star, Marvel Studios' favorite British actor Tom Hiddleston, nothing as-of-yet is known about Simmons' role in the movie, but with a recent run of stellar performances from the American actor in movies such as Juno, Oz and Whiplash we can expect director Jordan Vogt-Roberts will utilize Simmons' talent to great effect!
Simmons, soon to turn 60, can currently be seen in US Drama movie Whiplash!
