Showing some snippets of footage, none of which feature the movies protagonists, Sony Pictures Entertainment have released a short video to announce that the trailer for the movie will be coming 3rd March, thats almost three months after the trailer was reported to be released...
Who you gonna call? Looks like the police and army have already been called from the footage, presumably because people couldn't find the Ghostbusters in the phonebook. The teaser also finishes with one of the key musical themes from the original, which combined with the police and army presence could be the start of a worrying, if somewhat commonplace trend in many reboots, remakes and resets, to reference the original material too much (Terminator Genisys, RoboCop, Rise of the Planet of the Apes). Of course this is only a 30 second teaser so its too early to call. But just one question - why do we have to wait so long for this trailer?
