After Paramount pictures pulled their planned sequel to last year's Terminator: Genisys things have been looking uncertain for Terminator Fans. Although it did earn $440 million in worldwide box office takings Terminator: Genisys was not well received by critics and hardcore fans of the franchise. As such Dana Goldberg of Skydance productions announced that the production company was reassessing its plans regard the property. Despite all the negativity surrounding the last instalment franchise star and former governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger assured fans at the "An Experience With Arnold Schwarzenegger" event in the UK in January that there would be a sixth Terminator movie.
However, if a sixth Terminator movie is to be made with Skydance Productions before the production rights revert back to creator James Cameron in 2019, Arnold will not be joined by his co-star, Game of Thrones actress Emilia Clarke, who has reportedly decided to concentrate on the popular HBO series and her role in the forthcoming movie Me Before You. When asked by ComingSoon.net if she would be reprising her role as Sarah Conor, Clarke was brutally blunt...
"No!... Can I say that? It’s okay. No. Uh-uh. But I have some very different roles coming up."
