Since it debuted two days ago, the insane trailer for the Batman Ninja anime film has already accumulated just under half a million views. I guess crazy must be popular these days.
Directed by Junpei Mizusaki, with Afro Samurai creator Takashi Okazaki serving as character designer, Batman Ninja finds the titular superhero being transported from his home in Gotham City to Feudal Japan, where he is forced to battle reimagined versions of his most sinister foes, including the Joker, Two-Face, Poison Ivy, and the Penguin. The Japanese voice cast will include KÅichi Yamadera as Batman and Wataru Takagi as the Joker.
Warner Bros. Home Entertainment are set to release the film on DVD and Blu-ray sometime next year, so in the meantime, be sure the give the absolutely insane trailer another view below.
