The Batmobile has long been an iconic companion to the Dark Detective, and to many fans a more preferrable companion than the elfish, pantomine-esque, teenage variant known as Robin. Originally intended as just a bat themed means to traverse long distances, modern depictions of the Batmobile have welded the legendary automobile into an extension of the Caped Crusaders gadget filled utility belt, usually stocking it with its own arsenal of gadgets, weaponry and amazing abilities. And while we may have to wait until 2016 to see the all new big screen variant of the Batmobile, in a mere six months you will not only be able to feast our eyes on the first active rendition of the Batmobile to appear in the Batman: Arkham series; for the first time in the series you will also be able to control it, speeding through Gothams abandoned streets and duelling head-to-head against the Arkham Knights private army...
