Q&A What would YOU like to have happen?

Just give me a damn film with a story and characters that are not moronic space chimps who come from earth! Like have characters where they have a fucking chance to shine with REAL dialogue that space truckers or colonial Marines would use. Deep thoughts are fine just down shit on other important areas of the film to push your political/social agenda. I'm not sure Blomkamp has been housetrained to get rid of his SJW syndrome but  surely there has to be a director with a lick of sense. My vote is for the writer/director of "Get Out" to have a meeting with Fox. Or a wet dream is Denny V. He is gonna melt your face with the new BladeRunner 

What I would like to see happen.

David before he hit the engineers world , we see him arrive at another engineer world whom are not too happy with the other engineers.

These Alter David's program.

We find out David was not the original creator as such but learned about certain methods to create the xenomorph we know of in covenant.

The next film I would hope delves into more of the engineers but we find out about a more advanced race , maybe the creators of the engineers and black goo.

For David to be the actual creator is a cop out and for me is a misdirection, you can't take away what we have already seen in Prometheus, Alien and Aliens. 

The Xenomorphs are nice to see but we need more of teh back story, lets see some more alien types, e.g the Decon, more of the neomorph .

We need a story with some good answers,  some good answers and something that leaves us with "Oh fuck " and we have bigger questions.

These are billion dollar questions you are asking! (Every studio on Earth would love to have the answers.) If I could work out any of them...I'd hop aboard a plane to Hollywood! :-)

Scene:

Dallas standing near the Space Jockey.

Dallas "Reading says it's 14 million years old..."

Lambert "How many Earth years is that?!"

Dallas "131 million" 

Lambert "...It gives me the creeps.."

Kane "Dallas....I found something...Some sort of fossilized pod...."

Dallas "Kane...Is Ripley with you?"

Kane "Yes...She is ahead of me.."

Dallas "Well..Don't touch anything...Let's just find this beacon and get the hell out of here"

Ripley "Dallas...There is something down here...."

Not sure if I get the topic. Maybe I'm just not seeing the forest for the trees. XD

My ideas:

1.) The Engineers stole the "goo" (Prometheus » fire of the gods etc.)

2.) The "outbreak" on LV-223 was orchestrated by another race (Drukathi, they seem older and more advanced than the Eng. in the novels) to stop/prevent further use of the accelerant/xeno tech by the Engineers. The 426-derelict/Space Jockey was part of the intervention force but crashed/landed for obvious reasons.

3.) Having left some means of surveillance the Drukathi get wind of the Prometheus incident, investigate and thus start tracking/watching David. Maybe even using his madness to wipe out the Planet 4-Engineers (Prometheus » punishment). Leaving David marooned on Planet 4 could've been part of the plan (Scorpion-Ship) assuming he'd die there.

4.) Having their plans failed by the arrival and departure of the Covenant the Drukathi now take a more direct approach. They try to get rid of David including the Covenant and its crew to erase all traces.

I'm not sure if all this would fit into one movie. But this would tidy up the mess we're in now.

In this regard Alien: Awakening could be a fitting title. Like the (Drukathi) Awakening.

But that's just my take.

I hope things get fixed with a better story. 

I have a good name to to replace the old Xenomorph name, the Biomorph.
