MemberPraetorianFeb-10-2017 4:00 PMIt's safe to say that no one in the Alien universe dies peacefully.Chestbursters, xenomorph, giant fans just to name a few.Who do you think has the most spectacular death?

MemberTrilobiteFeb-10-2017 4:11 PMNewt probably died the most peacefully- pretty much drown in her sleep.
Lambert comes to mind for one of the worst but we only heard it and saw part of the aftermath. She screamed in fear and pain for a while.

MemberPraetorianFeb-10-2017 5:16 PMYeah i didn't think of Newt.I agree with Lambert but you can't go wrong with Kane either.

MemberChestbursterFeb-10-2017 5:22 PMIf you are saying the core characters their are probably quite a lot of horrible deaths. How about the people who are cocooned and still alive, that's gotta be pretty horrible. Maybe not as bad as slowly rotting away in the Sarlaac pit, maybe worse, but still I would think being cocooned is gotta be horrible. A good death is it's own reward. Yes I know Dawn of Justice is horrible but Man of Steel is good. If you don't know what that quote is from.

MemberTrilobiteFeb-10-2017 5:22 PMI am sure opinions will vary but Lambert was my first thought. There is also the people from AR who drown fully awake and in a panic before being killed.

MemberPraetorianFeb-10-2017 5:24 PMThe most spectacular death? It is owned by the Alien Queen in Aliens. :)

MemberChestbursterFeb-10-2017 5:27 PMMaybe my answer isn't quite the right answer, since what I am referring to those people aren't quite dead yet.

MemberPraetorianFeb-10-2017 5:51 PMBrett. If he was alive at all when the eggmorphing began,it probably must be horrible.

MemberTrilobiteFeb-10-2017 6:01 PMI imagine a horrible death is the duration of time you are aware it is coming with little hope of avoiding it. The adrenaline might negate some pain (blood shunts to vital organs and the brain during situations like observed in those movies) but the fear might be worse. Again, opinions will vary but that is what makes good threads.

MemberPraetorianFeb-10-2017 6:04 PMLambert is a good example of that dk.Some people think she died of a heart attack before the Alien got to her.

MemberChestbursterFeb-10-2017 6:08 PM@dk @ninXeno426 Thanks guys, yeah that's gotta be horrible waiting to die.
dk
MemberTrilobiteFeb-10-2017 6:10 PMI don't buy the heart attack idea. There was no cardiac history for her character to say that. It would be possible though. Many deaths seemed more from massive hemorrhage or respiratory failure due to chest bursting.

MemberTrilobiteFeb-10-2017 8:36 PMThe runt looking Xeno in AR appeared to see it coming, protested and looked to have a horrible death as it was brutalized by its own kind. The only Xeno I felt a little sorry for.

MemberNeomorphFeb-11-2017 12:03 PMProbably Lambert, her death seems to be the one that took the longest time. A quick death means less suffering, a slow death means the opposite.
If we include the death of Dallas being egg-morphed that would probably take the price but we never saw that in the movie.
