   Chapter One:

Godzilla, King of the Monsters, opened his eyes. He was lying in a pile of ruins somewhere in the Philippines. Not too far away, he saw the carcass of the hybrid monster him and his allies had defeated just three days earlier. He slowly stands up, but something doesn’t feel right. He looks down, and notices his rather large abdomen is dark, with red patches. He looks at his arms and long, whip-like tail. They look the same way. However, the end of his tail is completely red. His skin feels very hot. Drips of blood fall from his gills. That’s when he sees movement out of the corner of his eye…

The creature scurries through the rubble like a mouse. It looks like the hybrid, but with a shorter neck, arms, and is about a fifth of the original hybrid’s size. Godzilla stomps his foot down on it and waited. It doesn’t come back up, but Godzilla feels something on his tail. He turns around and sees a slightly larger juvenile attacking the end of his tail. Godzilla swats it away, before whipping it into a building. He then walks into the cool waters of the Pacific, soothing his skin.

Soon, Godzilla makes his way to Monster Island, where he is greeted by Anguirus, Rodan, Battra, and Godzilla Junior. However, there is something that didn’t feel right. Other than the fact that Godzilla Junior was nearly two thirds Godzilla’s height, everything appears to be normal. However, in the Pacific Ocean, something wasn’t right. A change is occurring in the ocean. Something that should not exist is growing. Soon, it will strike.

Chapter Two:

The creature hobbles clumsily onto the shores of Japan. Not used to walking on land, it uses the small stubs it has instead of arms to towards the city of Yokohama, looking around with its large, expressionless eyes. Soon, it begins to destroy the buildings in the area.

Godzilla senses something unnatural near his home on Monster Island. Anguirus, Rodan, and Godzilla Junior went to investigate with him, leaving Battra to watch the growing Mothra. Godzilla and his adopted son head out in the direction of the unnatural presence, while Anguirus and Rodan follow not far behind. After a couple hours, they see smoke and flames coming from the shore.

The creature roars at the helicopters in front of it. Just a few hundred feet away, Godzilla hears the noise. It sounded a bit like him. He heads towards the source of the noise, with the other three monsters still waiting in the water. Soon, he spots the creature. It looked a bit like him, with a long tail and rows of dorsal spines. However, it had very large eyes, small, seemingly useless arms, and was a little under half the height of Godzilla. He roars at the creature, which stares at him. After a few seconds, the creature looks at its back, which had a faint red glow. As its back begins to slightly sizzle with heat, it runs back into the water from which it came.

By the time the King of the Monsters arrived back into the ocean, Godzilla Junior, Anguirus, and Rodan had already began pursuing it. However, by the time Godzilla caught up with them, the unidentified creature had escaped. However, Godzilla was still thinking about the creature’s appearance and sound. It wasn’t long before Godzilla came to the realization of what it was. The creature, spawned by Godzilla during his heavily wounded state about a week earlier, was his offspring. And now, he had to get rid of it.

Chapter Three:

Godzilla and his allies continued to go in the direction Godzilla’s offspring was swimming for the rest of the day. As Rodan searched the skies for any sign of it the next morning, Godzilla looked underwater as Godzilla Junior and Anguirus rested from searching all night. Godzilla and Rodan searched for two hours without any sign of the monster. Suddenly, there was a large area of water boiling...

The new Godzilla rises out of the sea and roars a threat to Godzilla and Rodan. In just a day or two, the creature had grown from just under half of Godzilla’s height to a little taller than the King of the Monsters himself. Its arms got longer, and its tail grew so much it seemed almost too big for the creature. Godzilla roars back and stares at it for a bit. As the two stare each other down, Rodan drops down from the skies, hitting the new Godzilla with his spiked chest.

Grunting in surprise, the new Godzilla looks up to see Rodan. It roars a threat to the giant pterosaur as he slams down on the new Godzilla again. It snaps its jaws at Rodan as its back begins to glow red. Instead of fighting back, the creature walks as fast as it could towards the city. Godzilla reluctantly follows, trying to convince himself to fight.

The creature watches with its emotionless eyes as people swarm away from him as he makes his way towards Nagoya, Japan. Some of the people try shooting at it, but the bullets simply bounce off. As the creature comes closer to the downtown area, two Maser jets dart around the new Godzilla, firing at him. Soon after that, four tanks, along with two Maser tanks, fire at him too, along with soldiers with assault rifles and rocket launchers. As he endures the attacks, the new Godzilla’s back changes from a red to a bright purple. He bends over and fired bright purple beams out of his back, destroying the Maser jets.

Godzilla arrives just in time to see his offspring destroy the rest of the tanks with a thin, concentrated, bright purple Atomic Breath. The beam quickly destroys the tanks attacking him. Rodan flies in from behind looking for a place to attack, but the new Godzilla fires its beams from its back again, hitting Rodan. Screeching in pain, Rodan swoops down, landing on the ground. Then, Anguirus curls into a ball and hurtles himself at the new Godzilla. Anguirus makes contact, piercing the new Godzilla’s skin with his back spikes. As Anguirus falls back on the ground, the new Godzilla kicks him away before bending over.

Godzilla watches his offspring cover his eyes with a metallic membrane as it opens its mouth. Gas begins to pour out of its mouth as the other monsters stare on. After about ten seconds of firing gas, the creature switches to a fire breath, igniting the gas and setting a large portion of the city on fire in the process. It then briefly switches the fire into a large purple beam, which it aims at Anguirus. After just a few seconds, it stops firing and lowers its head. As the creature seems to fall into a light sleep, Godzilla makes his decision- he has to stop this creature, even if he doesn’t want to.

Chapter Four:

Godzilla roars a challenge to his offspring. The creature awakens from its light sleep and roars irritably at the King of the Monsters. Godzilla approaches his offspring and slashes it in the chest. It growls and kicks Godzilla back. Godzilla attacks again with a bite to the left arm. He keeps his grip until the new Godzilla fires an atomic ray from the tip of its tail. Godzilla winces in pain, but pulls at the short arm until it comes off.

The new Godzilla stumbles back and fires an Atomic Breath out of its mouth and tail. The blast lasts only a few seconds, but when Godzilla looks at the other Godzilla, he notices the remaining arm looks slightly longer. It was evolving to combat the King of the Monsters. The creature roars at Godzilla and charges. It bites down on Godzilla’s neck, attempting to get a good grip. However, the King of the Monsters slips out of the bite. Godzilla steps back and charges his Atomic Breath. Before the new Godzilla can fire anything, Godzilla fires his Atomic Breath at the new Godzilla’s head and chest.

As Godzilla prepares to fire again, the new Godzilla fires a blast out of his mouth. Then, both Godzillas stop. Exhausted and wounded, they stare at each other. After a couple minutes of resting, Godzilla charges his offspring. He rams into it and begins to slash and bite it. It roars before breathing fire on Godzilla’s head and neck. It follows that with a short blast of atomic energy out of its tail. Godzilla steps back, roaring in pain.

Before the King of the Monsters can prepare another attack, the new Godzilla fires its Atomic Breath out of its mouth and tail. Not long after that, the Atomic Breath out of the tail stops, and the beam from the mouth becomes thicker and less concentrated. A couple seconds later, the Atomic Breath turns into a ray of fire, which quickly dies down, until all that is left is a small cloud of gas coming from Godzilla’s mouth. Completely drained of energy, the creature enters another period of dormancy.

Godzilla, wounded from the heavy attacks he endured from his offspring, thinks about his next move. He takes a few minutes to rest before firing his Atomic Breath for the longest amount of time he can at his offspring. As it begins to wake up, Godzilla charges, attacking from the side. He bites and slashes his offspring as it attempts to fire something from its tail. Then, Godzilla sees a possible way to attack. He summons all of his remaining energy to shove the other Godzilla into a nearby skyscraper.

The new Godzilla falls to the ground on its side. It attempts to stand up again, but Godzilla comes in from behind. The creature hits Godzilla a few times with its tail, causing Godzilla to move his attack to the front. Godzilla sees the tail position towards him, and a light starting to move towards the tail. Godzilla fires everything he has left at the tail. The two beams collide, forming a small explosion.

Godzilla moves his beam to the new Godzilla’s head and sides. Eventually, Godzilla uses so much energy his vision begins to dim. However, he fires more energy. Eventually, he stops firing for a minute. The new Godzilla begins to stand up, and Godzilla feels like its skin is vibrating. Godzilla fires enough energy to from a hole in his offspring’s chest. The creature lets out one final roar before falling to the ground.

Panting, Godzilla looks down at his offspring. Soon, Godzilla Junior, Anguirus, and Rodan join him. Godzilla looks into his offspring’s eyes and notices something. Something of an emotion is on the creature’s face. However, Godzilla notices it isn’t a look of pain or suffering. He notices his offspring appears to be at peace.

Chapter Five:

Godzilla and his allies spent the night resting on a nearby island. They left Godzilla’s offspring’s body at rest in Japan. The next morning, the four came back to Monster Island. They were greeted by Battra and a fully grown Mothra.

Godzilla notices that there are a lot of creatures living on his island, and his son does too. Godzilla Junior, now almost the same height as his father, leaves his home on Monster Island for a slightly smaller island just about half a mile away from Monster Island. Zilla, Manda, Gorosaurus, Baragon, and two Kamacuras leave with him to the other island.

After saying goodbye to his son and kaiju leaving with him, Godzilla, Anguirus, and Rodan spend some time thinking about the future. What if the aliens returned one day to attack once more? What if Godzilla’s offspring reawakes and must suffer through another life? When would their lives of almost constant conflict be over? Only time would tell.

Chapter Three is up!

(It's going to be a little confusing with another Godzilla in town. Also his dormancy isn't as heavy as the movie, more like a nap because of quite a bit less power used. The Maser attack wasn't as large or as devastating as in past entries because the program was discontinued twelve years before this entry, and the ones used were either in storage or put together in a short amount of time.)

Chapter Four is up!

(You're probably questioning this ending. The vibrations on Shin's skin are a sign of his constant evolution to fit his needs (in this case fighting Godzilla). Maybe you're wondering about why Shin seems at peace. Look up the lyrics to Who Will Know (Tragedy) from the Shin Godzilla OST. It's supposed to be from Godzilla's perspective. However, this isn't the last we'll be seeing of this character. ;) )

Chapter Five is up!

(I don't believe I've ever set up one entry of the series for a sequel. I guess this story arc will be direct sequels. Before I finish this up, I'll try to get a permanent end to the series when I finish this arc (three arcs of four stories, even though I've made like three final entries to the series before.)

For future reference, here are the three arcs-

1. Monsters controlled by SpaceGodzilla attack Earth, but Godzilla, Anguirus, Rodan, and Mothra defeat him and his army. However, the Xiliens attack Earth with the same method, but are defeated twice, even with Mecha-SpaceGodzilla. They create a hybrid monster, which is defeated too (Godzilla Wars-The Monster War)

2. The humans realize that Godzilla could be the source of their problems, and attack him with mechs and robots, but are defeated. Then, they attack Godzilla with a hybrid monster, but are defeated again. Then, they form an alliance with the Xiliens to fight Godzilla, but fail, resulting in peace for fifteen years (World War G-Godzilla Wars: Aftermath).

3. An unknown alien race sends giant monsters to attack Monster Island as a civil war begins, but it is a distraction to prevent Godzilla from finding out about a giant killing machine that cannot feel pain. He is heavily damaged in the process of defeating it, resulting in Shin Godzilla being spawned, and Godzilla having to defeat it (Godzilla Wars Reborn-Present).

(If you want any more history of the series or plans for the future, just PM me. :) )
