Anunnaki50
MemberOvomorphJan-05-2014 3:57 AMHey guys I just thought of something strange and eerie but what would Engineer children look like if Ridley shows one in Paradise?
The Anunnaki were on the earth in those days--and also afterward--when the sons of God went to the daughters of humans and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, mighty men of high reno

MemberNeomorphJan-05-2014 12:44 PMInteresting question! Going off Spaihts script, the engineers lost the ability to procreate 'by natural means' a long time ago. Does that mean that they had to resort to cloning themselves? It will be interesting to find out!
The poster was good though!

MemberOvomorphJan-05-2014 11:02 PMThats a reasonable assumption because some beings that become so advanced dont really need any 'natural means' anymore but cryo-tubes and microscopes. I hope that they are still male and female but maybe with a bit of sterility added in. I'd hate to call them 'It' instead of he or she.

MemberDeaconJan-06-2014 8:47 AMWell this is one of the Mystries about the Engineers and Elders... we do not see any females and maybe there is none, well as far as not for many many millions of years.
Was there ever females? did these Engineers or Elders used to be able to procreate in the fasion that mankind do?
This is a area that maybe we can get some clues to, as i hope Paradise shows us why we was created, and why the Engineers was Sacreficed, was it just for religious/ritual importance? Or was it the only way they could seed their DNA and was there ever a time when they could seed their DNA and procreate another way in the past?
