MemberNoobOct-19-2013 9:13 PMSo which weapon used by the Jaegers was the best? Now, personally, I'm a fan of Crimson Typhoon. But, I think the best weapon belonged to Gipsy Danger. It's sword was, in my opinion, the best weapon. In close combat, which the Jaegers often engaged in, it was perfect. It slashed those Kaiju like crazy. At the end, when they were about to go for the breach, Gipsy Danger was being charged by a Kaiju. What'd they do. Stick that sword out and slash that sucker. It also basically saved the Gipsy Danger and it's crew when they were taking on the Kaiju in Hong Kong.

So, in my opinion, the Gipsy Danger's sword was the best weapon the Jaegers used. But what about you guys? Which weapon do you think was best?

MemberNoobOct-21-2013 1:24 PMWell, to me, Nothing beats the hand/fist. Ripping off the ECM on Leatherback & the Acid Sack on Otachi and Holding off its tail so it can be frozen off. Grappling Slattern so it can burn thru. Yep. Hands & fists are the more versatile weapons.

But If we are going to talk about the Jaegers, I think the magic sword saving the day it could be the best, other weapons seems so good and all of them have failed.

MemberNoobOct-31-2013 12:44 PMi wouldn't even say the gipsy dangers swords are even swords because they are way too short. their more like swiss army knives for jaegers. now make them about 175 feet long and you have a sword just short enough for close combat but still long enough for putting some distance between you and the kaiju
im a purple grisly bear so get over and become something else

MemberNoobNov-04-2013 11:53 AMI don't know dragonking.....Raiju and Otachi were pretty well filletted with the chain sword...not sure they would call it a swiss army knife :-)
