Genisys may have been a huge letdown, but there is life in the Terminator franchise yet.
Space Goat Productions have launched a Kickstarter campaign for an official Terminator board game, and seeing as they’ve managed to raise $146,885 (against a goal of $120,000) in just a few days, it appears that there are still legions of Terminator fans out there.
The game will include a board featuring a scenario set in 1984 and another set in 2029, with the two playable factions being Skynet and the human resistance. The miniatures include everything from Arnie in his leather jacket riding his motorbike to legions of T-800s, and I have to say that they look pretty damn authentic.
If you want to help make the Terminator franchise great again, then be sure to donate to the campaign before it ends next month.
