Vin Diesel has announced a new Riddick movie is in the works and that he'll be receiving his copy of the finished script this week!
Taking to Instagram, the Fast & Furious star greeted his followers with the good news yesterday. The new Riddick movie is scripted, green-lit and ready to go!
The last Riddick movie, simply titled RIDDICK released back in 2013 and cleared just shy of $100 million at the box office. Critics and fans both agreed, RIDDICK was far superior to its predecessor, The Chronicles of Riddick and we're hoping this next installment follows suit.
While studios and the general population remain on a quarantine to combat the Coronavirus pandemic it's unlikely filming on the new Riddick movie will begin anytime soon, however as we learn more we will follow this film's production closely!
