Drew Goddard, who directed Cabin in the Woods (written by Joss Whedon), has been confirmed as both the writer and director of the long rumored Sinister Six movie, according to reports from THR. No details such as a release date, cast, crew and/or storyline details have been announced as of yet.
It is even unsureas to whether Goddard will feature the original Sinister Six line up of villains - Doctor Octopus, Sandman, Kraven the Hunter, Vulture, Mysterio and Electro - or whether he will use another version of the villainous group.
