The search for extraterrestrial life is one of the most important and captivating quests for human scientists. The discovery of a living organism outside our solar system would have immense implications on both the scientific and religious communities, as well as providing humans with a sense of identity with something outside of planet Earth.

This paper will examine three pieces of evidence that are controversial in nature. Because of their controversial nature, I will present both the pros and cons of the evidence given, and let the reader decide for themselves whether they are compelling enough to support the possibility of extraterrestrial life.

The first piece of evidence will be a video recorded in August 2008 by NASA engineers using the High Definition Earth Viewing Experiment (HDEV). The camera was calibrated incorrectly, leaving half its field out-of-focus. Needless to say, this is a very controversial piece of evidence for alien life.

The second piece of evidence will be the discovery of a microorganism in Mono Lake, California. These creatures, called Monomicroscoccus sp., are similar in structure to extremophiles. Extremophiles are a large group of organisms that have adapted to live in extreme environments. This group can be found in Antarctica, the volcanos of the Pacific Ocean, and even deep within the Arctic ice cap. These extremophiles have been known to live within salt lakes, hydrothermal vents, soot layers, and even alien meteorites.

The final piece of evidence will be the mineral halloysite (Mg(OH) 2 ). Halloysite is an unusual mineral that is usually found in large amounts high up in mountains or at extremely high altitudes. It is easily dissolved in water and must be heated to a very high temperature in order for it to be synthesized. The mineral has been found after being recovered from meteorites both on earth and on other planets such as Mars. Halloysite would have an important role if extraterrestrial life were ever discovered, as it could have been produced during the formation of planets in its native system.

A video recorded by NASA engineers using the High Definition Earth Viewing Experiment (HDEV) contains what many believe to be a living organism.

After speaking with experts and professionals on the topic, I've compiled a list of online sportsbooks that I would recommend.

Some sites are better than others for certain types of bets - some cater to gamblers who enjoy sports like football, basketball, or soccer; while others offers more exotic betting options like e-sports and golf. One place may only take bets from residents of certain states; another may provide the best odds for winning in individual games.

I feel that any sportsbook owner will be able to work with any gambler to find what works for them. Whether you prefer more mainstream games like football or baseball or like to bet on more obscure sports, you can find a site that is reasonable and accommodating. So instead of helping you find the best sportsbook, I've broken down what I feel are the best ones in terms of betting options, service, and payouts.

My sportsbook recommendations are based on the following:

- The easiest place to sign up for an account and get started.

- Dedicated customer service and support available by phone or email.

- Maximum number of bets on a single game at a single book. Bet types include the standard "straight" wager, pick 'em, parlay, and teaser.

- Most competitive payouts on single bets - with no annual fees or fees for placing larger bets.

- Sites with generous limits for placing small bets (especially wagers under $1).

CONCLUSION

All of these sportsbook options are valid, and each appeals to a different type of gambler. I would encourage you to contact each one if you're looking for a bookmaker and ask about their services. Be sure to inquire about the different types of bets they offer. Some sites will take $200+ bets, while others may only go as high as $100 or $50.

If you're looking for some action on a game, I recommend placing a smaller bet at one of the sites that takes smaller wagers.

Not came across the NASA Video is there a link?

But i think its Extremely Unlikely that the Earth is the ONLY place that has LIFE...  The Earth is just a Spec of Sand in the Desert that is our Galaxy never mind other Galaxies.

However it depends on WHAT we call Life....

Basic Organic Life i think YES there has to be.... Complex Life who knows... i think its Possible, but thats not to say we talking Star Trek here ;)

Where there are the RIGHT Building Blocks and Environment for Life then it should EXIST... and on Earth we have LIFE in some of the MOST EXTREME Conditions

And so i think that some LIFE could adapt to even more Extremes than we have on Earth.  If you have Water, some form of Heat then you will get LIFE.
