#10-Type 2 Wounded Soldier - Screamers:
Screamers are Autonomous Mobile Swords (AMS) created by the Alliance on the planet sirius 6b to hunt and kill NEB soldiers. Screamers get their nickname from the high pitch noise they make when they lock in on a target. A type-2 screamer is an unarmed full-grown man acting like a wounded soldier. This model also possesses advanced reasoning skills and have the ability to interact with humans.
#9-Pearl Prophet -Cyborg :
Pearl is part of a small group of scientists and Doctors to work on a cure for the plague that has wiped out millions. In order to complete their work, they need information stored on a computer system in New York City. Pearl Prophet volunteers for the job and through surgical augmentation is transformed into a cyborg for the dangerous courier mission.
The Cybermen are a race of cyborgs who are amongst the most persistent enemies of the Doctor in the British science fiction television show, Doctor Who. Cybermen were originally a wholly organic species of humanoids originating on Earth's twin planet Mondas that began to implant more and more artificial parts into their bodies as a means of self-preservation. This led to the race becoming coldly logical and calculating, with every emotion deleted from their minds.
#7-Daleks -Doctor Who:
The Daleks were the mutated descendents of the Kaleds from the planet Skaro. Even though the Daleks look entirely robotic they are, in fact, cybernetic organisms. The Daleks fought the time lords in the great time war which ended in the near-total destruction of both races. They are the oldest and most frequent foes of the Doctor.
#6-Motoko Kusanagi -Ghost in the Shell:
Motoko Kusanagi is the cyborg and squad leader of Japan's Public Security Section 9. When she was a little girl she was in a plane crash causing her to be in a coma. Motoko was eventually taken away when medical complications occurred and was cyberized and given a full prosthetic body.
#5-Adam Jensen-Deus Ex:
Adam Jensen is a former Special Operative and director of security at Sarif Industries, a bio-tech firm specializing in human augmentation. After an attack leaves him gravely wounded, his entire body is "upgraded" with top of the line cybernetic augmentations from Sarif Industries to save his life.
#4- Darth Vader - Star Wars:
After being mortally wounded by Obi-Wan Kenobi in a lightsaber duel Anakin Skywalker was recovered by the Sith Lord Darth Sidious. Anakain was encased inside in a suit of life-sustaining black armor, and Darth Vader was born. Darth Vader became the Emperor's right hand and enforcer spending years hunting down Jedi Knights and enforcing the will of the Empire.
#3- The Borg-Star Trek:
The Borg are a collection of species that have been turned into cybernetic organisms functioning as drones of the Collective, or the hive. A pseudo-race, dwelling in the Star Trek universe, the Borg force other species into their collective and connect them to "the hive mind"; the act is called assimilation and entails violence, abductions, and injections of microscopic machines called nanoprobes. The Borg's ultimate goal is "achieving perfection".
Veteran police officer Alex J. Murphy is transferred to a new precinct in Old Detroit and is partnered with Officer Anne Lewis. On their first patrol, they chase down a team of miscreants led by crime boss Clarence Boddicker to an abandoned steel mill. After Lewis is knocked unconscious by one of the gang, the rest of Clarence's thugs corner Murphy and brutally murder him. Murphy is pronounced dead at the hospital, and OCP subsequently harvests his body to construct the first RoboCop.
#1- T-800 -Terminator:
The Cyberdyne systems model 101 series 800 terminator were the first of the infiltrators sent back through time. Its mission was to kill Sarah Connor the future mother of John Connor, the leader of the future human resistance. These types of Terminator have human-like muscle and skin covering their hyperalloy endoskeleton giving them the ability to sweat, appear to breathe and producer realistic body odor.
